§1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the mobile application Pets Food, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The owner of the Application is Bartłomiej Kędzierski, contact: finoxdevelopment@gmail.com.
Using the Application constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
§2. Definitions
User – a natural or legal person using the Application.
Operator – the entity managing the Application.
Service – all functionalities available in the Application, including subscriptions, digital content, and integrations.
§3. App Usage
The Application is intended for use in compliance with applicable laws and its intended purpose.
The User agrees to:
Use the Application responsibly and not perform actions that may disrupt its functioning.
Be fully responsible for any content they introduce into the Application.
The Operator reserves the right to block the User's account or restrict access in case of violation of these Terms.
The App allows Users to:
Create and manage pet profiles.
Add meals and plan pet diets.
Add events to the in-app calendar and integrate with Apple Calendar.
Create, track, and share walking routes with other users.
Add medical history and veterinary visits for pets.
Add “pet friends.”
Launch Live Activity for ongoing events.
Receive notifications about promotions and subscription offers.
§4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Application may offer premium services on a subscription basis.
Payments are processed via RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store, according to their terms.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the User before the end of the current period.
Refunds and cancellations follow the rules specified in the Refund Policy.
§5. User-Generated Content
Users may add content in the App (currently limited; may expand in the future).
Users confirm that they have all rights to the content they share and that it does not violate third-party rights.
The Operator reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
§6. Integrations and Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Apple Calendar and may display advertisements via Google AdMob.
We are not responsible for the operation, security, or privacy policies of third-party services.
§7. Limitation of Liability
Use of the App is at the User’s own risk.
The Operator is not responsible for temporary unavailability, technical errors, data loss, or indirect damages.
The App does not replace professional veterinary advice.

The Operator will review complaints promptly.
§9. Changes to Terms
The Operator may change these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
§10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from the use of the App should first be resolved amicably.
If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be the court for the Operator's registered office.
§11. Final Provisions
Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates.
