This Refund Policy governs subscription payments and refunds for the Pets Food application (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.

This Refund Policy governs subscription payments and refunds for the Pets Food application (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Payments
All subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat.
We do not store, process, or have access to your payment information.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on your plan).
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the User before the end of the current period.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
The Operator cannot cancel subscriptions directly; all subscription management is handled via the platform used for purchase.
4. Refund Policy
No standard refunds: Refunds are not provided for partially used subscriptions, missed features, or if the User decides they no longer want the service.
Platform refunds: For subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple Support or Google Play Support.
Operator-initiated refunds: In exceptional cases, such as technical issues that prevent access to paid features, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund. Requests must be sent to: [your support email].
Refunds do not apply to free trials.
5. Limitations
The Operator is not responsible for any subscription charges if the User fails to manage automatic renewal through Apple/Google.
Refunds cannot be requested for technical issues caused by the User’s device or actions.
All refunds are subject to the rules and limitations of the platform used for purchase.
