1. General Provisions
1.1. The event is organized solely by Pets Food and is available exclusively to app users.
1.2. Participation in the event is voluntary.
1.3. The event runs from October 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, inclusive.
2. Participation Requirements
2.1. The event is open to all app users who are at least 13 years old.
2.2. To participate in the event, users must:
add a meal for their pet in the app daily,
complete tasks related to the Halloween event (e.g., interacting with notifications or in-app features).
3. Reward
3.1. Users who add meals daily and participate in the Halloween event may take part in an additional promotion:
by submitting a screenshot on Instagram tagging the app profile @petsfoodapplication showing daily participation in the event.
In exchange, the user will receive a code granting 7 days of free access to the monthly plan in the app.
3.2. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
3.3. The organizer reserves the right to reject any submission if the screenshot does not confirm participation in the event.
4. Screenshot Submission Rules
4.1. Users submit screenshots via Instagram by tagging the app profile.
4.2. The organizer is not responsible for private Instagram account settings that prevent verification of the screenshot.
4.3. By submitting a screenshot, the user declares that they own the copyright to the image/screenshots.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The organizer is not liable for:
the inability to participate due to technical errors, app downtime, or internet issues,
any damage resulting from the use of the reward,
incorrect or incomplete screenshot submissions.
5.2. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event rules or terminate the event in case of circumstances beyond its control (e.g., force majeure).
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. All materials in the app, including graphics, notifications, and event content, are the property of Pets Food.
6.2. Users do not acquire any ownership rights to the event content or the app beyond the right to use them in the app according to these terms.
